Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Preorder & Incoming Products
Products marked as "Preorder" or "Available from [date]" will be shipped as soon as stock arrives in our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email the moment your order is on its way. Estimated arrival dates are shown on each product page.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on your location and order weight. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment — no surprises.

Free Shipping
Orders over €200 qualify for free shipping across the EU.

Delivery Times (estimated after dispatch)

• Italy: 1–3 business days
• EU (France, Germany, Spain, etc.): 3–7 business days
• Other European countries: 5–10 business days
